Adobe (ADBE) has debuted it’s new Flash Media Server 3. Adobe’s media server is mainly what is running in the background every time you watch a YouTube video, or nearly all videos on the web these days. The new version now allows for streaming High Definition video (H.264 industry standard). The server solution also allows for the delivery of interactive media applications that work consistently across multiple browsers and operating systems. The pricing structure is more affordable than previous versions as well.
Along with the release of the new Media Server, Adobe also released a new version of it’s Flash Player 9 that has High Def playing capabilities.
