aside from being really funny, i think it illustrates a few major problems within the financial industry. specifically, we’re not as transparent and investor friendly as government and policy officials would lead us “average joe’s” to think.

i have no idea what the solution would be. regulation doesn’t seem good but it’s pretty effective at forcing people to conform…but at the expense of growth? i think it comes back to our general morality; meaning, the business world teaches a hard lesson: lying pays most of the time. it goes against everything our parents told us growing up, and it’s not surprising to me that a few people will ruin everything for the rest of the group. enjoy the comic!
